Upon entering the sub penthouse, you will be greeted by an expansive open-plan living area. The space is anchored by rich, parquet floors that pay homage to traditional aesthetics, while sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, accentuating the clean, modern lines of the furniture.

​An oversized, gold chandelier hangs highly above a statement coffee table, crafted from brass, and serves as the focal point, with a plush, Lawson sofa in a rich linen fabric that invites relaxation. Surrounded by upholstered armchairs in a luxurious velvet fabric, effortlessly marrying the old and the new. The palette features soft neutrals with accents of deep blue and gold, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
