4. We will arrange the key collection, delivery and installation process, and will notify you once everything has been set up. The installation process typically takes between 1 to 3 days.

Absolutely. We understand that our clients may not always be available for in-person meetings. Through virtual consultations, video calls, and emails, our team can effectively work with you at any time, from any location.

For furniture packages, the lead time for ordering, delivery, and installation ranges from 2 to 10 weeks, subject to item availability.

Our pricing is customised based on the scope of your project. We offer transparent pricing and will provide you with a detailed quotation before we move forward to the next steps.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your furniture selection prior to proceeding the order. The remaining balance must be paid 1 week before we deliver and install the furniture.
